Welcome to The Brit – Pub & Restaurant a traditional Pub and restaurant serving the Port Talbot area. With home cooked and freshly prepared food daily, from pub classics to a la carte. Our chefs use the finest ingredients to make a selection of delicious home cooked meals. Serving Real Ales, a glorious selection of Gin and good wine in a relaxed atmosphere. Here at The Brit – Pub and Restaurant we love to bring our customers great quality home cooked food. And 95% of what we serve is home made here on the premises.
Food is served from Monday to Saturday all day, and on Sunday to 5:00pm.
In addition to this we like to use locally sourced ingredients. Which includes our meat, fish and where we can we use seasonal vegetables. Our chefs are constantly creating a selection of delicious dishes all freshly made. From hearty lunch choices including our very popular shortcrust pastry pie of the day. All the sauces and side dishes that go with each meal and of course our selection of very indulgent home made desserts.
People visit our Pub for the wonderful selection of real ales but they also visit because of our delicious selection of home made food. With customers visiting from far and wide. There’s no need to head to Cardiff or Swansea, Cwmavon is set amongst the lush green beauty of the Afan Valley.
